Dear fellow readers,

just a semi-regular invite for any and all who have had the privilege to share accounts of your experiences with Asset Acceptance Corporation. This venereal firm is headquartered in lovely Wayne County, Michigan, with sattelite orifices sprouting as condylomatous warts all about the country. Firm founder is the legendary Rufus "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt" Reitzel, of Grosse Pointe, Michigan and Lakeland, FL. "Bud" Reitzel is frequently quoted in such luminary online pubs as "Credit & Collections", the house organ for the collection 'industry'.
AAC's website makes for interesting if chilling between the lines reading. This forty year old firm, not content to rest upon its laurels, vigorously participates in the exciting new mega-fad of filing time-barred SOL suits against anyone, perhaps even the Pope and Judge Crater himself.
Another neat slime-trick, this company will frequently attatch documents to the court summons. These poop-sheets usually contain false and defamatory statements about the debtor, a bumptious blunt-instrument attempt to paint the defendant as nefarious, non compos, danger to self and/or others, etc. Clearly illegal, actionable, amateurish effort to prejudice the court in their favor. A tactic straight from Lenin 101 - "Create a bad smell about your enemy so that his defenders will flee from him."
What else would one expect from this ilk? Perhaps you've enjoyed contact with this interesting group of 'collections professionals' who 'uphold the highest standards'. If so, why not take a moment and share with us. Intelligence pooling is a wonderful prelude to sinking these 'floaters'.

Hugs & Kisses
