I'm surprised that RICO has not been used against Camco or NCC or heck, anyone of a dozen or so of these bottom feeders. Asbestos manufacturers, tobacco companies, insurance companies, etc. have all been sued under these statutes and many have stuck. Is there a reason {other than the damage cap} it hasn't happened in an industry {and use that word tongue in cheek} that is in desparate need of a complete house cleaning?
