I recieved a letter just like everyone else and I called a Rain Ramirezshe yelled at me and said i was going to jail and they were going to take mt children away. I asked for a supervisor and she said she was the boss and hung up on me . I called back and she said she would file a harrasement suit against me if I kept calling back. I waited a week and called back and asked for the director and I got a man named Adam and he yelled and was nasty me also. He stated that I was a criminal and I am going to pay my restitution. I asked for all the proof he had on my case and he said to call the bank and they will give it to me. I called the bank and they said they have no record of what I was talking about. I called back and adam said the bank probably did not fell like looking up the information. I told him I am getting a lawyer and he hung up on me.
