IF DEBT COLLECTORS AND THEIR ATTORNEY COLLECTORS WOULD FOLLOW THE LAW THERE WOULDN'T BE ANYTHING TO SUE THEM FOR!!

You know what I liked about your comment? It was all fluff and no substance.

A real argument has facts and reason. You just spouted off with name-calling and generalized statements.

We have statutes and statute of limitations for a reason!! The only way to get the attention of the debt collector who violates those statutes is by a lawsuit. Apparently it's not working well enough as they continue to violate the law. One of the resons they continue to violate it is because there are so many people who don't know their rights and therefore don't know when their rights have been violated.

This board has been helpful to many people.
