If you tell me what State you are in I will look up the laws of your State regarding "compulsary arbitration".

Even if you have signed an arbitration agreement on your credit application, it is not binding on you for debt collection, as the Courts have ruled that the FDCPA laws have supremacy, (override) any waiver of your rights to equal protection and a jury trial.

This, of course is for CONSUMERS only, who have greater protection than businesses.
