likely that this would have ended up on your regular
credit files.
However, it might be listed on ChexSystems
or TeleCheck,
if the merchant uses one of those. Do other merchants
still accept your checks (particularily ones using
the above services)?

Bureaus*
section for information on how to see what, if
anything, ChexSystems and/or TeleCheck have on
file about you.
