my husband has lost his job and is being threatened by a couple
of credit card companies with being sued. He has explained to
all his situation, most have agreed to work with him.my question
- If a they decide to sue,what can they legally obtain? I am not
a co-applicant,but we do live in a community property state. Aren't
credit card debts considered "unsecured"loans? thank you.
