How to remove judgement from my credit report

I believe it's been 5 yrs now
i had trouble with local alarm company.
and i ended up paying full amount.
but it still shows up on my report
Is there any way to remove this or do i need to wait
5 more yrs to dispute ?

another question is can u remove judgement which not paid ?
