sues my spouse,can they get a judgement (lein) against the house,it
is mortgaged,but there is equity.We are considering putting the
house mortgage in my name.Will this protect the house. There is
only one creditor who is threatening my husband, as stated before
none of the credit cards are in my name.How can we find out if
this is the orignal creditor? I don't understand why they refuse
to work with my husband as the others have agreed to.Is it the
person he is talking to, could/should he try to speak with someone
else? thank you
