They never contacted me directly but they added
their info to my experian
credit report... no
payment history, no balance reported, only claiming
that I had an account with them that was 120 days
late. Apparently they were collecting for Citibank
Visa. I sent them a letter (certified mail of course)
demanding they remove the entry from my report
because I did not have an acct with them. Then i
disputed the entry to experian. It was just deleted. By the way, they are really calling you at 6:30am?
That is CLEARLY a violation of the fair
debt
collection laws... you should record their phone
calls and file a complaint (with the FTC? I don't
