I have a debt which I believe may be fraudulent, the transaction
date was 12/93 in Pennsylvania. No activity, payments or promises
to pay have occurred since the inception. I moved to Arizona in
1994 and was recently served with a subpoena to appear for breach
of contract. My understanding of the laws in AZ and PA dictate
that the SOL
has expired. The collection
agency maintains that my move extended the SOL
indefinitely. This sounds absurd, is it possible? If not should
I counersue? What for? Please a little help would be appreciated.
