Charge-Offs vs. BK on credit report

OK, I declared ch.13
3 years ago, am nearly through the plan. I got my credit report,
and there are a ton of charge-offs,
which are from companies who chose NOT to participate in my payback
plan. What does this mean for me in the long run? It seems like
these look way worse, when the reality is that I actually tried
to take responsibility & pay back my debts through the payment
plan. Is there anything I can do about it?
