BK and SOL question

I saw this post on another board and would like to get an opinion on it. If I had a cc account in 1990. I filed bankruptcy in 1991 (ch.13) paid on it until 1993, but did not go through with it. Last payment was in 1993. The cc account was included in the BK. Live in OK. Question is: What happens to the SOL when something like this happens? Does the BK constitute a new agreement? Would the SOL therefore, start over again, when I stopped paying in 1993? (I think it does) I believe the SOL has run out even if the above is true, but I would like to know if I'm correct re when the SOL would start running.
