The OC is a credit union and I have never heard anything from a CA on it. As of mid 2002 it was still showing charge off on my credit report by the OC. I did include the 1099C with my income tax when my taxes were done.

I assume it is Cap.1?
If you have already filed your 2002 return (OF COURSE YOU HAVE), you will need to file a schedule X ammended return to include the income from the 1099C. You can do that when you file your 2003 return.

Make SURE this debt is NOT being reported from any CA on your reports.
