The SOL is "tolled" (suspended) while you are in BK, once it was dismissed the clock started ticking again. So, let us say your default date was 1990, and let us assume you live in a 6 year SOL State. your SOL would have extended until 1998, the 2 years you were in CH13 are considered "tolled".
