One last question about this...Is the answer to the court a specific form or something that I need to fill out or is it just a letter stating that I deny the claim? If the latter, are you aware of an example letter I can base mine on? Thanks a ton for all of your help!!! I'll be pumping all of this stuff out today.

Oh, and is express mail with signature required as good as CRRR? Just trying to figure out the best way to get it there overnight with all of the paper trail that Certified gives.
