I am confused- WHO'S got the judgment against them, you or your husband? Was this a default judgment? Did you appear at the hearing? Did you have a lawyer?

If it is your husband, are is wages being garnished?

If the account was joint, and the judgment was against your husband, and you were primary on the account, then the garnshment was illegal since Kansas is NOT a community property State., unless your husband signed something like a mediated judgment or settlement with an agreement to draw funds from the account.

It seems to me you need a lawyer RIGHT AWAY to get the garnishment reversed and your funds restored.
