I have a copy of a letter that they sent to the Associate Circuit Division of St Louis County with FILING OF ASSOCIATE CIRCUIT JUDGMENT AS LIEN ON REAL PROPERTY across the top, and I had a friend of mine who looks up these kind of things for closing companies to look it up and he said that there was. I never got anything from county themselves tho. The judgment only gives an amount then Costs taxed? to defendant.
Plus it was only me and not my husband that they sued because the card was only in my name. I look up that web address in a few minutes. Thanks. Susan1250
