I always say if you are gonna go after a CA lay a paper/phone trail. You need to suck it up and let them violate a few more laws. I would also suggest filing with the missouri and georgia attorney generals and the bbb. Keep that recorder going. They are not suppose to call until they validate. They are suppose to identify themselves. It took me 7 months of crap from another CA but after I laid the groundword I sued and they paid me $1000.
