Help! Credit card demaning money back

I'm new to that credit business. I borrowed about $2000 from credit cards and stopped payments 6 month ago when I got sick. I had 3 surgeries and now I'm barely getting by. I have a used car $1800 value and pay under $200 monthly in rent. If I have anything in the bank account can they take it from me after getting a judgement? Can they take my car from me? How to disappear so that they won't find me? I was planning to move to a different state soon. I guess I shouldn't file any address change with a postal service.
