I agree, but its a fact of life these days for all job hunters. Your credit shouldn't be an issue at all if you're not looking for a job in a financial capacity or in a job that requires you to be bonded. Its not exactly a strike against you in any other kind of job. Most of the time, they're not looking for how well you pay your credit cards, they're verifying addresses, previous employers, etc. Some have you sign the release to allow them to pull your credit and then never do it.
