Do you really think that the things you did in College, (or didn't do) would have NO effect on your life?

The consumer reports that an employer will pull include your MVR and CLUE reports as well as your credit reports.

They MIGHT be interested in knowing that you have judgments against you, or could still be sued and have your wages garnished, that you are uninsurable for bonding, or that you have a pattern of behavior that indicates that their investment in training you might not be a good business decision.
