Thanks. Yes, I realize about closing the bank account, then I can just cash paychecks in the bank. I had about $1500 of debt from 2 credit cards, and now it is $2000 somehow, after 6 months. I work but if they sued me I belive I could prevent them from taking money from my paycheck: I have a medical condition that takes a lot of expences, if they take money from my salary, I won't be able to pay for any medications, I'm not insurable even. I don't qualify for any state benefits or any kind of assistance due to my immigration status and I don't need all that. I don't think cards can get to my paycheck. It was a relief to know that they can't take my car.
