Send a C&D letter stopping them from calling you on the Phone or at work. Send a Validation letter.Call the Better business Bureau in Maryland and file a complaint against them. Use WhyChats site for the letters to them. Keep originals and send copies to them Certified Return Mail. (green card) These morons will torture you to death and they don't heed Protocols. They violate just about every Debt collection law there is.
