ValleyLady, I would like to stick it to them also. They have been nothing but jerks. Unfortunatly I did not find this web site until almost the end of this ordeal. But I am handling the other CA letters alot better and have not heard from W&A since I asked for validation over a year ago.

We did not go to court and I did not receive anything from the court regarding this issue. I don't know if this was only a threat and their is another lien on the house for about $1600 for carpet for the house. My friend did not say. If it was not for Cadle is there anything that I can do to get back at them for this threat?
