I do have a copy of the judgment.

All it says in the judgment is:
Judgment
Cause called. Plantiff appears by attorney. Defendant appears in person. Cause heard and submitted upon the evidience addend?. The court grants judgment for Plantiff and against Defendant in the amount of $15,731.70. Costs taxed to defendant."

Does that last line mean that we will be charged the 9%?
