At the end of our wedding reception, the banquet center added on a charge for an extra 20 guests. I signed the card and now both the banquet center and credit card company say I'm out of luck because I signed the card. I have a great credit score, I'm just mad that the banquet center treated us like that and the credit card company didn't even try to help. Do they always turn it over to collection after 180 days?
