Why Chat, I live in St. Louis County. Cadle appearently bought it from CA #2, etc. It was only against me that they sued because the card was in my name only.

My husband is disabled and is on SSDI and that is not touchable.

I havn't pulled a credit report since August 5, 2002. And there is a civil claim judgment for the carpet back in 2000, and they received that when my husband had his back surgery on the same day of the court date and forgot all about. And that was for only $1500.00. I wonder if that could be it. Let me know how to look up the judgment. This judgment was for the both of us.

We don't plan on paying these scum anything.
