w & a no response to dv

I sent w & a a validation letter, their 30 days is up with no contact. I think they sent the debt off to midland credit. I sent a dv off to them now too. They said the same things to me as they did you. And they asked that I send them my dl and ss# and stuff to prove it wasn't mine. Was lucky enough to find this site first and sent off dv. I wonder if they didnt respond to dv, do they have to remove their inq off my cr? They are not listed on cr, just an inq?
