Have you satisfied the judgment ?
If so, you're not going to be able to get a valid judgment vacated. You want a letter of satisfaction from the judgment creditor and you want the satisfaction filed with the court.

Once satisfied, it will show that on your credit report. You're not likely to be able to get it deleted as long as its valid.

However, in NYS, if a judgment is satisfied before the term of the judgment expires, NYS law says it must be come off your CR in 5 years.
