Scott,

I'd strongly disagree that you've wasted your time. I'll bet between you and Ladynred and, Why Chat {and others} you've cost Camco and NCC and other ca's 100's of thousands of dollars. Not just in money they'll never collect but the time and expense of defending and settling small claims lawsuits all over the country for FDCPA violations. Many people would never know they had any rights in the matters or had ever heard the term SOL were it not for you people on this and many other sites.
Just because this didn't play out exactly the way you'd hoped doesn't mean it was time wasted. How many people do you think told NCC to fly a kite after reading this board? Now, just do what this lawyer suggested. File your FDCPA claims in your local court and complain to the FTC and the New Jersey AG and maybe that'll eventually bring them down.
I had an old football coach that used to tell us after a loss, "keep your daubers up and we'll get their ass next week"! Now, go mess with Camco!
