Dear Susan1250; You could file a complaint with FTC (FTC.gov), file another with the Better Business Bur. (BBB.org),send letter to the attorney general of your state, complain to any and all consumer protection agencies in your state. Whether any of this will have any effect on them I don't know. But it will at least make life difficult for them, and they may decide to back off on you b/c your too much trouble. From what I have read about them, they've already got lots of trouble in other states. Keep careful records of all communications from these weasels, you never know what might be useful later on. As for the "secured"lien, demand proof that it's valid, and that THEY are entitled to it. I'll bet it isn't. I think this is a bogus scare tactic. Best Wishes, ValleyLady
