I have an account with Total I live in Arkansas.
It is only 132.42 on my gas card. My husband charged on it not relizing that you have to pay it in full every month. I have been sending them 25.00 a month. I got a letter today that says:
For several months you have failed to respond to requests for payment of your account. Unless you send full payment within ten days from the date of this letter your account is scheduled to be sent to our attorney for collection. You can avoid this unpleasent and costly actionn by sending full payment immediately.
How should I handle this and should I be affraid that they are actually going to turn this over on this small of an amount. I can't afford to pay it this month. Thank you
