What does MBNA stands for? I have an account with them and I haven't pay them for a while(I stop back in 2002) and send a payment here and there every now and then and made the last payment in March of this year. Now my account is Charge Off and I got a letter from an attorney. It's not W and A. I was wondering if they use a particular one or if they just use whatever it's necessary to get their money. I haven't send a C&D letter for fear in getting sue.
