Problem with cap 1 again!!

I've posted about receiving a 1099c from Cap 1 last month for the year 2000. Did online disputes with all 3 CRA's. EX shows verified, no change in balance, still charged off. TU has updated to show chargeoff now at 1850! No results from eq yet.
I sent a CRRR that psychdoc helped me with last month, cap 1 received it on the 10th of April. Since a 1099c was issued, aren't they now in violation of improper reporting?
