Thanks for your response on this one.
I was under the impression that once a judgment was vacated, it could be removed from your CR.
Will that be five years from the date of judgment or five years from the satisfaction of judgment?
One other question if I may, default judgments are filed under the county and in civil courts.
I have a listing for the same judgment twice on one of my CRs. I called regarding this and they stated because they are filed both places that it appears twice on the report.
My question is that the second one (same judgment)is reported for a date one year later than the first listing with the county court. So one will drop off one year earlier than the other one?
