Validation from NCO WHYCHAT?

After requesting validation from NCO on a Cross Country Bank account they sent me months worth of statements from CCB.I now live in NC the account originated in Florida. sol in fl is 4 yrs so since the account charged off last year would it be better to just try and negotiate a settlement with CCB for removal or do you have any suggestions? unfortuneately the credit limit was only 350.00 however due to all fees accruing the balance is up to 800.00. Thanks for any advice you can provide.
