The car was a 1994 Sunfire and bought in 1996 used for around $13K. It was high interest rate financing thru Coastal Credit I think. She had made payments for at least 4 yrs. Word had gotten back to me that the car was in an accident by her 18yr old son at one time.This is when she made the filing shortly thereafter.
