My husband bought a new car in the state of oklahoma and we then moved to arkanasas where im from..we didn't forward our mail due to our financial situation that took place after our move...during this time that his new job fell thru ..and was without work we became late on our car payments ..we would get our mail every couple months or so and during the mean time..Our car got repo'd in arkansas ...we had recieved letters in oklahoma but, they never warned us here by mail if they had our new addy to repo why didn't they send letters to us? and why didn't they knock or ring door bell? strange to me that even after repo they still continued to mail letters to address in oklahoma? Is this legal? thanks
