You are fortunate to be in Fl. they are NOT licensed in Fl. and they would have to hire a Fl. lawyer to sue you.

However, they ARE a nasty piece of business to deal with, so I suggest the same thing to you as the original poster, send them a validation/dispute/cease and desist letter.
