I've had the same scenario with 2 MBNA accounts. The both went to NCO, show as 'sold' on my CR, but the letters I've gotten from them show 'assignee of MBNA', so I don't know who's lying. At least one of their letters is an FDCPA violation... muwahahaahaha.

Nasty is right.. a bunch of screaming harpies is what they are, not worth my time or energy to listen to them !
