I'm not Why Chat, but I'll give you the info he gave me on our repo. He'll respond, I promise. Send them the C&D letter from Why Chat's website stating collection is time-barred. They have at most 2 years from the time of the repo to attempt to collect on the deficit balance. Also request proof that the repo and sale were done in accordance with state law. That should send them packing!!
