Wife can not prove who forged her signature.
Judge signed dismissial, dismissing wife,but Husband appeared in court late after judged signed and husband said because he was married to her, he wants her to pay half. Judge told husband that was his right. Goes to trial in June. Is wife still responsoble in a community property state for husbands debts, even if she has previously been dismissed.
