That is what we are worried about, because they are to get him and he made no offer to settle and the spouse was never offered that oportunity. How would she defend herself and could there now be a judgement against her and all the work to get her dismissed was for nothing.
Would not he have to hire a lawyer, and since she was dismissed before wouldn't the judge again dismiss.?????
