What are the notification requirements when a OC or CA intends to collect? Can they just report the collection if they have not been able to make contact with you or is all that is required is to make an attempt? ie . mailing to incorrect address or mail not being forwarded. I have just become aware of several medical collections that I am in the process of disputing and one miserable sprint account. I can not believe how easy it is to have years of good credit destroyed. Sorry about the length, am following alot of good advice from this site. Keep up the GREAT work! OT: now if only i can find a forum on domestic law. ::))
