Dont confuse sol! For reporting sol, it is the date of the first delinquency (7 years). For lawsuits in TX, it is 4 years from the date you last paid them anything.

If you havent made a payment to them and the account went into arrears, it would be 30 days before the reporting info on your cr, since hte last payment would be 30 days prior to you being late...unless you have specific info that shows when you paid them last.

This gets pretty confusing.
