Hey Nikki, Our vehicle was repo'd in Oct. 98. They sued us in Nov 01. Paid for 6 mos. and got an order of dismissal from the court due to lack of prosecution. I quit paying in april after discharge in March. Received notice from the atty in Oct 02 that they were gonna take us back to court. Sent validation, and requested proof that they owned the acct, and I guess they didn't!
