A judgment is good for 10 years in Mo.,however, it is only enforceable if it "revived" after 3 years. Get a tape recorder,if they call again, before you or your husband say anything else, say "this call is being recorded as evidence for our filed complaint with the (name of your County)'s Sheriff's Dept.please speak clearly and give your full name and the address of your company"
