Send them a very strongly worded letter that basically says they have been informed of the error, they have failed to correct it in a timely manner and if they do not now make the correction within 48 hours, you will SUE THEM for damages and violations of the FCRA. 90 days to clear a credit file is bullcrap. If the item is in dispute, it is supposed to be CLEARED in 30 days - not 90 !!!
