This could hold up if they pulled the hard inquiry after you asked for validation but before they provided it. However, scamco likes to pull inquiries and then call up their victims so they can read off their credit information. I cannot imagine how this could be legal. Not only are you being scammed but now these jerks have your credit card numbers and all other personal information. The best thing to do is make those complaints and sue. At some point the pain will be felt.
